Day 1    Pick you up at the Cebu Airport / Seeport / Bus Stations and bring you to the Hotel

Day 2     Riding a passenger fast Craft/ Speedboat to Bohol

Day 3 to Day 12                Diving or Land tours 

Day 13   Back to Cebu

Day  14   Bringing you back to the airport, seeport or Bus Stations

-14 dives or pre-planned day trips or a combination of both

-4 nights with breakfast at the Grand Westside Hotel, Manila
-4 nights with breakfast at Amor Laut Beach Resort, San Juan - Batangas
-6 nights accommodation with breakfast at El Galleon Dive Resort, Mindoro
-Private Vans, Ferries for Transportation, Tok-Toks, Jeepneys (typical Philippine means of transport)
-2  Filipino days-discover how Filipinos live (they are included in one of the selected tours)

General terms and Conditions

Insurance:

- All insurance (e.g. Travel cancellation insurance, health insurance etc.) are not included in the travel price and must be taken out yourself. However, we cannot offer you insurance.

Limitation of liability:

- Philippines Diving and Landtours is not liable for any disruption to performance, personal injury and property damage in connection with services that are only mediated as an external service to local service providers (e.g. Excursions Transportation services between the advertised departure and destination, accommodation services, restaurant services, sporting activities, etc.). Compensation must be asserted directly with the local service provider.

Entry requirements:

- Please think of your passport before entering the Philippines, which must be valid at least 6 months before entry.

An entry visa to the Philippines is not required for this trip, as it is only from the 30th. Day is needed.

- You can be vaccinated against various illnesses before you travel, please contact your doctor or doctor.

Payments:

- At the time of booking, 30% of the total price will be charged as a deposit, the balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the start of the trip.

Payments can be paid thru PayPal, other payment methods are not accepted.

Cancellations:

- For cancellations that will be cancelled 4 weeks before the start of the , the tour- deposit will be retained.

- For cancellations which will be cancelled after 4 weeks before the departure, the complete tour price must be paid.

- Unforeseeable changes of travel:

- On unforeseen changes to the travel process there can be no refunds of the price.

- There may have to be changes in weather-related travel, these are not foreseeable.

- If dives have to be cancelled due to weather, we try with selected day trips to offer you an eventful day, or you do something on your own.

 

Choice of law and jurisdiction:

- Only Philippine law applies to all relationships between Philippines Diving and Landtours and the customer. The place of jurisdiction is Manila,Philippines.
